IBS : WIRA KERJAYA SDN. BHD.

Wira Eco Building Systems (WEBS) is an innovative concept developed by Wira Kerjaya from years of research and experience in the construction world. The idea is best summarize as follows:

With its unique technique, WEBS, we strive to be a global player in this new and challenging world of construction.

WEBS Green Concept

WEBS stresses on the concept of green construction and sustainable building hence creating structures and using processes that are environmentally responsible and resource efficient from the first stage right to the final stage. We achieve this through:-

  • Efficiently using energy, water and other resources.
  • Protecting occupant health and improving employee’s productivity.
  • Reducing pollution, waste and environmental degrading.

WEBS Framing Systems

Wira Eco Building Systems (WEBS) utilizes three main components for the framing system, mainly the RHS/SHS, self tapping screw, as well as the revolutionary WEBS connector.

Utilizing the combination of the three, WEBS was devised to be a method ensuring a system that meets your requirement in designing and erecting a sustainable designed structure.

IBS : O-Stable Panel Sdn. Bhd.

The O-Stable Panel System is a prefabricated system created for versatility to suit any layout and design required by the Architect.

An enhancement on conventional systems, this latest pre-cast technology from O-Stable Panel Sdn Bhd, allows luxurious homes with attractive architectural designs to be constructed faster and with almost zero defect.

Our Technical Advisor, Mr. Khoo Tian who invented this system, likens it to the flexibility of toy building blocks, theO-Stable Panel System has attractive architectural features such as arches, round columns and comices that can be incorporated into the design of any type of houses.

Its special built-in feature allows free flow of air into the house (cross & vertical ventilation), thereby converting outside hot air into cool air.

This system provides some degree of comfort without air-conditioning and has been evaluated and documented by University Technology Mara (UiTM). Our associated company Baktian Sdn Bhd has entered into MOU with UiTM for continuous improvement of performance through instrumentation and measurement.

This is also good in accordance with the 'Feng Shui' principle, as it brings harmony and tranquility into the house.

Installation Procedures

Prior Installation

1.            Check the condition of the floor and mark the grid line and off-set line.

2.            Lay the level pad along the grid line for level control.

Panel Installation

1.            Apply expandite concrete along the panel position prior installation.

2.            Install the panel to its respective position.

3.            Check the vertically and horizontally of the panel before tighten the steel bracing.

4.            Tighten the steel bracing to hold the panel.

5.            Remove the axcess expandite concrete.

LANDSLIDE : HULU LANGAT TRAGEDY

Source: Al Jazeera and agencies

At least 20 children feared buried after landslide hits their orphanage south of the capital, Kuala Lumpur.

At least three children were feared dead and 24 others buried in Malaysia after a landslide hit their orphanage, Malaysian police said.

The incident took place on Saturday at about 2:30pm (0630 GMT) in the village of Hulu Langat in central Selangor state, just south of the capital Kuala Lumpur.

Al Jazeera’s Divya Gopalan, reporting from Kuala Lumpur, said there were dozens of children present in the orphanage when the landslide hit, all younger than 18 years old.

“The latest number we were given by police says that 24 children are trapped, three are dead and six rescued,” our correspondent said.

Firefighters and villagers pulled out six survivors who were critically injured and they were rushed to a hospital.

A police officer said heavy rainfall had likely caused the landslide. He said rain was still falling and hampering rescue work, which would last until nightfall.
